"One of the main reasons we chose your indoor Pickle-ball !!!!! And upon checking in at your front desk we questioned your host. Everything she told us, the court was nice, a lot of people used it, people were limited to 30 minutes on the court to allow everyone to have a chance and I could go! The truth is the court is a liability. The room is not suited for a court, The width does not allow for the net. The court boundary is wall to wall and should have 2 to 4 feet around the court for over play. It will never be a liability because anyone that is a pickle-ball player and is the reason they chose your establishment would never come back. Your advertisement etc. is close to fraud."

"Very nice property! I was disappointed to see the cleaning fee AND an insurance (a pretty crappy addition) requirement that appeared as I was paying. I almost didn’t choose it because of that but the location and house type was what I wanted. I would not pay this much again for 2 nights. I paid far less for a nicer property in Breckenridge and was not hit with the additional fees but everyone has to pay their bills and I didn’t want to leave a lesser rating because of it. If there had been hotel rooms available in Grand Lake I would have paid the same or less."

"5/5 Stars – The perfect mountain getaway for our family!We stayed at Buffalo Run for 5 days, and it was the absolute perfect setup for our family of 9! Despite our large group, we never felt cramped—the house has a wonderful flow and layout. It was exceptionally clean and fully stocked with everything we could possibly need, from kitchen essentials to bath items. Most importantly, the beds were so comfortable that everyone slept great!The big backyard was a huge hit—our mini schnauzer loved having space to roam, and our two kids had plenty of room to play.What I loved most, though, was the location. It’s super convenient to the grocery store and only 30 minutes from Grand Lake, where we really enjoyed the atmosphere. We did an easy hike on the East Inlet Trail and took the scenic route over to Rocky Mountain National Park to hike Emerald Lake Trail.Overall, we had a lovely stay and would highly recommend Buffalo Run to anyone!"

"Our family had an absolutely amazing stay at this beautiful home! From the moment we walked in, we felt welcomed and at home. The house is spacious, beautifully decorated, and has everything you could possibly need for a relaxing getaway.Traveling as a large family, one of our favorite features was the incredible bunk room it quickly became the girls' favorite place in the house! They also loved having their own spacious bedrooms, the TVs, and the thoughtful touches like the towel warmers in the bathrooms, which made every morning and evening feel a little extra luxurious.After spending our days exploring Rocky Mountain National Park, Grand Lake, and all the wonderful adventures nearby, coming back to soak in the hot tub while taking in the beautiful mountain views was the perfect way to end each day.The location couldn't have been better. We loved being so close to everything while still feeling like we had a peaceful mountain retreat to come home to. Every room was comfortable, the home was exceptionally clean, and it was clear that so much thought and care had gone into making guests feel welcome.We made memories here that our family will cherish for years to come. If you're looking for a beautiful, comfortable, and well equipped place to stay in Granby, I cannot recommend this home enough. We would absolutely stay here again and can't wait for the opportunity to return!"
