Wonderfully remodeled and decorated unit - the perfect mountain getaway!

Please note that the clubhouse pool and hot tubs are closed until 5/22. Laundry is open from 8am-4pm only.
The appealing furniture in the main living area creates a wonderful space to relax, enjoy the gas fireplace, flat-screen television, and access to the private patio. A contemporary dining area provides seating for four people.
The updated kitchen boasts hardwood floors, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and wooden cabinets, along with seating for two at the breakfast bar. Furthermore, a stacked washer and dryer are conveniently placed in a small alcove adjacent to the kitchen.
The unit is located on the first floor of the building, close to both the clubhouse and the free town shuttle pick-up location.
The primary bedroom includes a luxurious queen-sized bed and a remodeled bathroom featuring two separate vanity sinks.
A parking pass is necessary for this unit - limited to one per unit.
The clubhouse offers a range of amenities such as a heated indoor pool, hot tubs, a laundry facility, a lounge area with a fireplace, flat screen TV and complimentary Wi-Fi access. Additionally, there is a meeting room and a self-catering kitchen area that can be rented for a fee.
Guests are not allowed to bring pets or smoke on the property as per the Homeowner Association rules. These regulations are rigorously upheld, and any guests found violating them will be subject to a $200 fine per day.

My family went for a quick visit to winter park for spring break and we couldn't have been more happy with this place and the location! Check-in was super easy and smooth! The place was super clean and cozy! Had everything we needed to make our meals. Had a couple questions for the host and they were very quick to respond and were very accommodating. Location was very close to nearby attractions. Would definitely recommend this place if wanting to visit the area. We will be back!

I really like this place, especially the Managers - "Stay Winter Park", simply the most accommodating, easy to deal with people. Beaver Creek Village is a good location that I will return to.
