  • The perfect getaway...Remodeled, beautifully decorated Condo right in the town of Winter Park. Condo is within walking distance of several restaurants, pubs, shops, bowling alley & movie theater. Condo is on the Winter Park Bus Line for a Free Shuttle to Winter Park Resort for easy access to the slopes! The remodeled club house has an indoor pool, three hot tubs, game area, fitness room and laundry facilities. Tons of “perks”, DVD player with movies at your disposal, Cable TV, board games, Wi-Fi & more.

    Please note that the property's pool and hot tubs will be temporarily unavailable throughout October 2026. However, guests can still enjoy swimming and relaxing at the nearby Grand County Recreation Center, which offers pools and hot tub facilities as an alternative during their stay. We look forward to welcoming you and helping you enjoy a wonderful mountain getaway despite this temporary amenity closure!


    This is an end unit Condo on the second floor with a deck to enjoy the mountain views and relax while in Winter Park. The Condo can sleep up to ten people but not meant for 10 adults. The master bedroom has a queen bed and attached 3/4 bath. The second bedroom contains a queen bed. The third bedroom has two bunk beds, one full sized (can sleep 4 kids) and the other a twin bunk (can sleep 2 kids). Fully equipped kitchen with new cabinets and granite counter tops. The entire condo has new furnishings and a great wood burning fireplace for those cool mountain evenings in Winter Park.

    Nestled in the pine trees, the river runs through the Hi Country Complex with fantastic views. The FREE SKI SHUTTLE picks you up right outside the Condo and takes you a couple miles to the ski slope.

Great location next door to the rec center with access to pool, hot tub and laundry. Bus stop to slopes is also right in front of unit. This unit had everything we needed to enjoy a week skiing in Winter Park!

Relaxing getaway

We really enjoyed our stay here and the pool, pool table, hot tubs rec area was a lot of fun. It's really close to the Frasier trail which has ponds and beautiful mountain views. Overall a great place to relax and enjoy the mountains.

We were 2 couples and a dog. We liked: the proximity of this condo to the shuttle route and clubhouse. Super convenient. Easy to park.We liked that it had a 3rd bedroom that my husband could use as a room to work in. Though it didn't have a desk, he managed.We liked that the kitchen had everything you could need for home meals.We appreciated the owners allowing us to check-in early, that was very helpful on our first day.The beds were comfortable. I'd recommend getting new pillows. We still slept well.Thank you!

Great place to stat

We stayed her in December and had a wonderful time with our group (4 adults and 3 kids). The bedrooms were perfect and the beds were very comfortable. The condo location was steps away from the pool and hot tubs. My group loved our time there.

Great location and access to Winter Park

This is a great location with immediate access to restaurants and other activities. Not even 10 minutes from Winter Park / Trestle. Plenty of room in the condo and the pool and hot tub are great!

Great weekend getaway!

Great location and amenities. Everything you need to enjoy a few days in the mountains. Our only issue was the bed in one of the rooms being incredibly squeaky. We couldn't roll over or get up without making a lot of noise.

Perfect condo for our needs.

We stayed in this condo for a summer trip. The location was perfect for our needs. One of our favorite restaurants was within walking distance. The condo was clean, very comfortable and was stocked with everything we needed. I would definitely stay here again.

We had a great time, condo was comfortable for 4 adults and 2 kids. It was clean and convenient to WP ski hill. The kitchen and dining area are a bit small for a 3 bedroom,.The pool is very nice and very close to this condo.

Great place to stay for the value. Nothing fancy but had everything we needed. They did a great job of communicating with us before and during the stay. Community pool and hot tubs were in next building and in great shape.

This place!

This place is great! We will definitely stay again! There is a bus stop about 100' away to take you to the resort, the other bus stop is a 3-5min walk. Its also located right next to the fitness center and hot tubs! The owners and the management company are great to work with too! I can not say enough good things!

Nice Place and Great Location

The unit was just as advertised and spotless. There were no issues at all - checking in was easy, checking out was easy, and good parking. We enjoyed the pool and common areas. There is a lot to do in this area and many restaurants and grocery stores.

Daughter's 10th birthday

It was everything I needed. Condo is the closest to the pool house. There was a nice area at the pool house where we ate pizza. Pool manager was super nice. Kids had a great time in the pool and 2 indoor hot tubs and 1 outdoor hot tub. Beds at the condo were super comfortable. Place was clean and warm. Would definitely use again.
