About this property

Location and amenities for that perfect family getaway.

  • Walk to everything the Town of Winter Park has to offer and only 150 yards away from the shuttle stop for the resort. Hideaway Park is just across the street, home to a sledding hill in the winter and weekend festivals/concerts in the summer. The best local breweries, shopping, dining, and distillery are just a short walk away. Surrounded by trails to enjoy hiking, biking, XC Skiing, snowshoeing, and wildlife viewing. Our townhome has three bedrooms, 3-1/2 baths, outdoor hot tub, new Weber grill, and a gas fireplace. Entering on the ground floor you'll find a bedroom with a queen bed, bathroom with stand up shower, and the private hot tub out on the back patio. The main floor features a gas fireplace, a large sectional sofa, 50" TV, a beautiful kitchen with granite countertops, dining table with room for 8 and a half bath. Two decks are also on this floor with a gas grill and outdoor dining. We've added a small desk/chair with monitor/keyboard/mouse if you must work while visiting. Upstairs is the Master Suite with a queen bed and a full bath, the bunk room with two twin bunk beds and it's own full bath. There is also a full size laundry set on the top floor to clean your gear for the next days adventures.
