Perfect for Large Family Gatherings

The house and the overall layout was perfect for our large family Thanksgiving gathering. The house was fully equipped with anything you would need. The communication with the property manager was fantastic and extremely accommodating. I would definitely recommend!

Worth every penny!

This property is exactly as described and more! We couldn’t have asked for a better environment to hold our family gathering. The location is so convenient to all Winter Park activities. It is warm, cozy, and inviting. Very few properties have 8 bedrooms each with own bathroom. There is plenty of privacy , but also great spaces for people to gather. Well-equipped kitchen is an extremely accurate description including number of place settings for a large group.

A very comfortable, large home in a great location!

A group of 20 friends coming from all over the country had a much anticipated reunion at Ashley's home and had a fantastic time. The home is very well maintained and comfortable, with a pool table, hot tub, large mudroom to fit all your gear, and had plenty of bathrooms and space to comfortably fit us. We were able to enjoy all that Winter Park had to offer, as well as spend quality time catching up in front of the fireplace. Thank you Ashley for hosting our weekend!

Christmas 2024

We brought our kids and grandkids, ages 6 to 22, for Christmas week and had a great time. The house was terrific for all 15 of us. We cooked our meals in the big kitchen and were all able to sit together at the long dining table. We spread out in the house when not skiing or doing other outdoor activities. We used the hot tub, the pool table, played cards & other games, etc. we highly recommend this rental for a big family gathering with all ages, from 6 to 80!

Lovely Property

The house was perfect for our group of 16 who were together for my daughters wedding. Everyone enjoyed the hot tub and closeness to town and the nooks and crannies for small groups to chat. The kitchen was large and amazing and the dishwashers very helpful for a group of our size. Only recommendation is to have earplugs if you are a light sleeper. The train tracks run right behind the house and can be loud, especially with the windows open. We would stay here again for another occasion. Ashley was responsive and accommodating.

The home is beautiful and perfectly situated within a five minute walk to town where there are charming shops and restaurants. The main living space is wonderful and can fit a large family as well as a huge dining table where we sat 15 people together. The creek behind the home is lovely, and we liked to open the windows and listen to the sound of the water. Wonderful house in a great location!

The main attraction of this property is the beautiful creekside. The sound of the creek is mesmerizing. The host is very particular about each and every small stuff. The only improvement I can suggest is the mattresses are not that good and likely needs to be changed. Overall I would recommend it for any big group.

It's only a short drive to the ski slopes, and the roads were cleared of snow in one day after a snowfall. It has everything you need for a vacation with a large family, including 2 dishwashers! The view of the creek behind the house was beautiful. 5 minute drive to downtown shops and restaurants.

Beautiful setting with the creek right out the door. It was great having a bathroom with each room. Loved the hot tub. After an overnight snow, the deck was shoveled asap. The kitchen had everything we could possibly want!
