We booked the reservation due to the description stating the hotel was per friendly. We had a small kitten traveling with us. When we arrived we were informed thar no cats were allowed, only dogs. So, after a 7 hour drive we had to scramble to find another place to stay. Will not make another reservation here.

Hi GL, I am so very sorry for the confusion and inconvenience when you booked on Expedia. Our pet acceptance terms are listed under "Policies" on Expedia where dogs are listed as the only pet allowed.
We booked a room with two queens. Upon arrival, the room was not available, however they ended up giving us TWO rooms with king size beds for the price of one. FANTASTIC hotel. Spotless rooms. The outdoor patio and game area is beautiful overlooking the desert. The breakfast was very good. We even did laundry while there and the washer and dryer use is FREE! (Not a single hotel offered this during our cross country stay. They all required coins which is a PAIN when traveling. We don’t carry cash on trips.) I’d give the Winslow TEN stars if it was an option.

Absolutely a gorgeous property. Loved our stay at it. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Rooms are the cleanest of anywhere we stayed. Would definitely stay again if we head out West again.

Hi Glenda,Thank you for the compliments! Hope you get a chance to visit again soon.
Newly opened and still working through some bugs. Overall staff was pleasant and slept well which was the main thing. They need to figure out the bathroom fan issue which supposedly is in all the rooms which they told us at check in. It doesn't turn off and runs all night

Hi Andy,The fan is part of the property design to ensure quality airflow for all guests. We do recommend for our very light sleepers that they pull the bathroom door shut to further minimize any noise. Hope you visit us again soon!
Really loved the workout room. They have everything for the active traveler. The amenities are nice as well, including a great, hot breakfast. Worth the stay!

This is the nicest hotel I’ve ever stayed in while traveling for just one night. Loved the huge outdoor patio and fire pit. Rooms were lovely and comfortable. Great breakfast compared to most free ones.

Hi Carol! Thank you for the feedback. I am glad you enjoyed your stay. Come back and visit us again soon.
Loved this two month old property- regardless of price. Need a safe place for single women travelers (my daughter and me). Can’t say enough about the friendly staff and having laundry options was excellent!
We were traveling cross country and moving. Everything was perfect here.
Staff was excellent. Property was very good. They had a bar which I didn’t use but I thought was awesome and would’ve used if we had more time. Would definitely stay there again.

Hi Jenifer,Glad you had a great stay. Hope you get to return soon to experience everything we have to offer.
As others mentioned, the fan in the bathroom does not shut off. But with the door closed, it’s not too bad. Light switches are odd. If you turn the overhead lights off for the bed, which is by the entry door, you can’t turn them back on by the switch by the bed. Only one side of the bed has a switch. Also no lamps on the bedside tables. Bring a flashlight if you want to navigate the room at night.

Hi Jody,Thank you for your feedback! The fan is a property design to ensure quality air flow throughout the whole building. The light switch by the bed is the master switch so long as the lights are left on by the door. The purpose is so you can enjoy the black out blinds that are installed and enjoy complete darkness regardless of the time of day. I hope to see you again soon!
Brand new facility, very nice, clean, friendly staff.
The only unfortunate thing, the alarm went off at 11:30 PM, had to evacuate the building, it was raining out. Fire dept. showed up. I was told the next morning someone may have been smoking in one of the rooms.

Hi Barbara,Thank you for the kind words about our facilities. I apologize you had to go through a fire alarm event. It is the last thing anyone wants to do, and I can assure you that our guest safety was the number one priority.
The property is new and has a few defects which may disappoint. The worst is the bathroom ventilator fans, for some reason are wired to run 24/7 and they are noisy, even with the bathroom door closed and a bath mat rolled against the door. The staff said that for some reason this is required "by code" without identifying whose code. Across the street is a truck stop with constant traffic and transients.
One last annoyance is the alarm clocks are set centrally and are set to the wrong time zone. (AZ does not observe daylight savings time but this hotel has the room clocks set to MDT.) The occupant cannot change anything on the clock except the alarm time.
Air conditioners are noisy.
Otherwise very clean and modern.

Hi Louis, I appreciate your feedback and make every effort to address any issues. Yes, the fans are designed to be on 24 hours a day to help improve air quality throughout the hotel. The truck stop is thankfully a good football field away from our property which helps protect the silence for our guests. We will also begin changing the clocks today! I apologize that your stay was not to your expectations and hope you give us another try in the future.
There is a bathroom fan that is always on and very loud. They say it is there to circulate the air but the room doors are so heavy and tight that I don't think any air can get in that way.
The breakfast we good except the fridge with the yogurt was locked and the manager who had the key waa not there so no one could get any.

Hi Sherrie,I appreciate your feedback and apologize that your stay did not meet your expectations. Yes, the bathroom fans are on 24 hours per day by design to provide superior air quality. I appreciate the information regarding the yogurt fridge and will ensure this is the exception going forward. Hope you give us a try again!
