Best Western in Winslow, AZ
My husband and I got to the Hotel very late in the evening with our Children on Sept. 30th 2017, we were tired and hungry after a long 11 hour trip.
There was no one at the desk. We looked around and waited for 15 Minutes but no one came to check us in.
We left to find a Restaurant to eat, after we came back later someone was finally there. When we asked why we couldn't check in at our arrival, the woman told us she had been folding towels. Well, I would expect for them to at least have a bell there one could ring to let the employee know customers had arrived.

On behalf of our staff, thank you for your constructive comments. You are absolutely correct in that any folding of linens should occur in our front desk area so that we are able to facilitate the checking in of our guests. My apologies to you and your family for the inconvenience we put you through. I have reminded our people of the importance of multi tasking and doing so in a manner in which we still make ourselves available to our guests. Thank you for taking time to comment on our hotel.
