Small spaces

Everything about this hotel was awesome except for the elevator. Access to the elevator with a luggage cart is extremely difficult. Other than that - GREAT place to stay!

Terrific in every way.

We had a terrific experience from the beginning to the end of our stay. We were greeted by friendly staff when we arrived. Our room was clean and had plenty of space. There was a washer and dryer for us to use. We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel

Take it easy

Last hotel of our cross country trip. Was perfect for our needs. Pizza delivered directly to our room. We had a wifi code but there's no internet out there. Oh well, last day before reality set in.

Ther service was really nice. The room looked really nice and was far better than the quality inn there in Winslow. The bed was comfy. However, there were two drawbacks. First, the ac barely worked. Literally had it cranked as low as possible with fan on high. Went to the front desk and had to ask for a fan to even make it slightly tolerable. Was traveling with a work companion who is habitually cold and she even said the room never even got cool. On top of being hot all night the door had a serious gap all the way around it so light came pouring into the room. I could see everything clearly. Hot well lit room does not make for a comfortable stay. When I told the front desk in the morning they said they knew the AC'a had problems. All I could say is that if you knew this why not stick us on the second or third floor so I could have at least opened the window to draw in the cool nights air. They said they couldn't refund the money since I had prepared through hotels.com and would have to call to speak to a manager if I wanted a comp room for another night. Hoping they do give me a comp room to make up for it since I travel through there frequently.
