Needs to have a face uplift. Rooms dark, linens were well used and shabby, some were starting to fall apart, shower needed repairs, waited for 5 minutes to get cold water, tub faucets need repairs, bed hard, few amenities, no tea in room, yes there was a little coffee, room relatively clean but very dusty.
Staff needed some friendliness added to their personality, the night staff in the morning was very tired and unfriendly.

On behalf of our staff, thank you for your constructive comments. 2 of the comments you made that most concerned me was the unfriendly staff and the lack of cold water. We are known for our outgoing and friendly staff so it is disappointing that you did not see that. My apologies for the issues you were exposed to.
