"fun little place for sure would stay there again"

"The property is right on the water. Everything that they advertise is true. My husband and I kayak and there a was a nice spot by the house that was perfect for getting n the water. Everything in the house was nice. It’s a quiet neighborhood. You do have to travel down red dirt roads to get to property. Surrounding neighborhood is lacking but neighbors by the property are very nice and keep their property clean. We’d definitely go back. Owners are nice and easy to get a hold of. We had no...

"Communication was far and in between sent several emails to try and get a 2hr earlier check in and never got a answer back. The lawn wasn’t mowed and all of the flower beds were in need of care alot of poison ivy in them and hanging in walk way. The boat dock was horrible spider and cobwebs everywhere and broken boards. The ac in the karaoke room didn’t cool well I called and was told it did. The house was nice and adequate on the inside."

"The place was immaculate! We had everything that we needed. The fishing was dismal. You really need a boat to catch fish on this lake otherwise we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Also this place is close to Walmart and restaurants which is a plus!"

"We stayed in the home for a CAST bass tournament on Lake Bob Sandlin. The home was super clean and beautiful. Great parking too! The home has a very nice dock on the water. It is in a very nice and quiet neighborhood. We had a very nice time staying at the home. Will be booking again in the future! The Host was excellent in communication and answered any questions when booking property. This is a very nice home with plenty of room."

"This home is beautiful and exceeded our expectations! We had three families at this home and never felt crowded. Loved all the places on the deck but mostly stayed under the covered area gathered watching grands and TV. It was so peaceful, could not have asked for a better place to gather for my 60th birthday. "We were so happy. The cabin was surrounded by giant Oak trees. Sitting on the deck looking up at them is awesome, and we were looking at a private pier on a beautiful lake. We saw lots of waterfowl and just enjoyed it all. One note though. When my dog and I went to the end of our driveway to get the trash cans we were aggressively approached by 2 pit bull dogs. A white one; and a black one. I was able to separate them from my dog; but the black pit aggressively approached me. I just walked off....

"The property is perfect. Expedia on the other hand is not perfect. They have the wrong address, no contact info for expedia or the property. For anyone else staying ill help Expedia do their job. Go into the ranch at the end of the road to find the suite."
