"Receptionist on check-in was not very welcoming and had conversation with other staff while transaction was going through. Did not give directions to room or explain parking "

"Rooms are small and shower amenities fibreglass insert. Shower head crap. Also even though milk was in the fridge it did not work as I found in the morning when things I put in there were not cold as the fridge was not plugged in. I reported this when checking out but staff member was not overly concerned."

"I got executive room was a bit weird that the room was located at the end of the building so far away from the lift since there is in 1 on that side of the building not to sure if I would stay here again "

"The staff were amazing. They made sure we had a lovely stay. They went far & beyond to organise a bottle of champane,chocolates & a helium balloon on arrival for my daughter's birthday & a cot for my grandson.The view was spectacular,we had city & river views. Comfortable beds,very clean hotel. Perfect location to shops & restaurants. We will be back. "
