"The suite was perfect really large and it looked like it had just been refurbished. Breakfast however was disappointing. Tea and coffee poor and the hot stuff wasnt very nice, this was strange as the food in the restaurant the day before was ok"

"The hotel was pretty but rundown. It had seen better years. No biscuits in room for coffee. Mattress bumpy, basic amenities. Bonus was they have a carpark but cost £8.00 per day to park. "

"Dirty, poorly maintained, the bathroom had dry pee all over, the shower also had not been cleaned. The fire alarm test was also at 7am on a Monday morning which rudely awoke us. The location is decent but overall at the price we paid we expected a lot better, would not recommend. "

"Staff uniformly good and friendly, especially Leo in the breakfast room. Coast restaurant was nice for one night. Spa/gym facilities good - shared with non-resident club members. Disappointed the Moet bar only open over weekend. Not mentioned on website. None of the public rooms available to residents have a sea view which is a disappointment given the hotel's location. DON'T BUILD ON THE REST OF THE GOLF COURSE!"
