We see this guest 4 room and he complain about all room and if he don’t like room why he not cancel within one hour and he stay in the room and won’t refund All this 4 room another guest stay without any complaint and also we ask about pictures of room with bug but he don’t have any proof and if in room bugs are there why check out next day 11 pm

First thing you change room your self and Friday we almost full and nobody complain like you and when you change room and room is not ok why you not come in the office and inform why you complain about building was fire and furniture was burned if you don’t want to stay come in the office and take your money back but don’t Wright wrong review
