The hotel as a whole feels pretty soulless - it seems predominantly a conference centre with guest rooms rather than a leisure total as it’s set on a business park and feels very functional, especially the bar and restaurant. Fine for a safe and comfortable stop over"

"excellent bed - very comfortable. nice dark room to sleep in. helpful staff. ameneties - bear in mind the sauna, spa, pool etc are all chargeable extras, which isn't really clear especially with the way hotels.com features the pool imagery, and the parking which it describes as a reasonable charge is £12 for the day. At 10% of the cost of the room for the night, I feel that is quite expensive actually."

"Super comfortable bed! Quiet room with an opening window for fresh air. Some aspects were were showing their age due to the age of the structure (cracks in ceiling types of things) but updated and decor was beautiful. Great helpful staff. Close to the train station, reasonable walk to the old city center for an average fit person. Bar was beautiful but I didn't have time to stop due to sight seeing."
