A lovely hotel at the most centre of downtown. A very spacious room, renovated, big beds, modern show, coffee machine and tea kettle, fresh apples and other nibbles all day.,Kind helpful staff. They sent house car to meet at the airport and took us back to airport. Very nice. If back to Eugene, will stay there again.

Although hotel lobby looked a little grubby on arrival, the room was fine, clean and comfortable. Beds and pillows very comfy. Breakfast included and have to say was really good, plentiful and tasty (I just wish they’d avoid using paper plates and plastic cutlery as it’s neither economical or ecological - and feels really cheap). Free car parking and coffee and only short drive to city, the state capitol and shops/eateries.

Independent hotel very close and easy from I5. Enjoyed our stay with a nice room and very comfy chair in the room. Breakfast lacking in choice but plentiful and hot. Asked for advice for a meal in the evening and given a very good location at a good price. Hotel is a little old and tired but good value for money. I would stay again without hesitation.

We absolutely loved this hotel, from the exceptionally warm welcome at check in, super helpful tips on where to visit and where to eat, to the beautiful room. A really lovely experience. Some thoughtful touches too, like the early evening wine tasting. Special mention to the wonderful team at reception, especially the lovely lady who printed off her helpful guide for us and was just totally delightful for our entire stay.

We loved the hotel, very quirky and cool! We got an upgrade too and the room was enormous. Would definitely stay here again if I was in Portland.

Very close to/great location for basketball at the Moda centre. Right next to cheap tram service from Portland airport, staff available 24/7, rooms very nice and clean

Absolutely stunning luxury hotel. Staff very welcoming and made my stay feel so special. All staff went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. The service provided was exceptional. I would highly recommend this hotel and I plan to go back to this hotel in the very near future.
