The space:
Whether you are in Whitewater to visit friends or family attending UW-W, for a local event, or just to step away from the big cities, we are happy you chose us! We are pet friendly, so feel free to bring your furry family member with! This newly renovated, industrial-themed unit has a spacious entryway with a wet bar, leading into a kitchen with stainless-steel appliances and quartz countertops. This kitchen and its breakfast bar flow into the cozy living room with a sectional sofa and a flatscreen TV loaded with Spectrum TV and Netflix.

There are two bedrooms in the unit, one king bedroom and one queen. Both bedrooms feature walk-in closets for all of your belongings, dressing/makeup vanities with lighted mirrors, and plush mattresses facing a wall-mounted TV loaded with Netflix. The spacious bathroom adjacent to these bedrooms is outfitted with a handheld shower head and a lighted mirror.

Feel free to use our outdoor picnic area for grilling and small gatherings!

The unit has free parking in the back and is just a short walk (or drive!) from the University of Wisconsin Whitewater, UW-W sports fields, as well as many nearby parks, bars, restaurants and local events. The Kettle Moraine State Park is within a short drive from the VRBO.

Since you chose us, parking craziness at campus events is not an issue anymore! Enjoy walking a short distance to campus (5 minute walk to Starin Hall). Our VRBO provides the best experience for families visiting their loved ones attending UW-W. Save time, and save on parking costs by staying with us.

Whitewater and its surrounding area has a collection of delicious local restaurants and taverns! Explore the many hiking trails at the Kettle Moraine State Forest and other natural preserves (UWW Nature Preserve is a 15 minute walk), or catch some sun at Whitewater Lake beach! With our welcome guide, you will find a selection of these places to visit, as well as contact information and what they serve.

Comfy Stay Near Stadium

This 2 bedroom rental is ideal for football tailgaters or any other campus visit. It beats a hotel for comfort and convenience. We slept well despite nearby student housing. Host Ben was very responsive before and during our stay. It was our second stay with Ben, and we will come again!

Our family stayed here for a weekend in Whitewater recently. The apartment was very nice, clean with a modern feel, and set up with everything we needed. Super comfortable beds and very convenient to the college and downtown shopping/restaurants. Recommend as a great alternative to local hotels.

This was such a great weekend getaway! The property is located in a great spot with shirt drives to local places! The apartment was very cozy and e credibly quiet all weekend! Perfect place

We spent weekend at Ben's place in Whitewater, WI. Location and building are convenient yet ordinary but the apartment is outstanding. It's modern, sophisticated, and comfortable for 4 people. Besides it allows to accommodate pets! There are a lot of parks and tree lined streets in the area. Perfect place for a short or long vacation

Graduation Weekend
