"Nice stay, good food and very helpful staff"

"The one thing I didn’t love about the hotel was the darkness of the room. The lights were not enough and a burgundy carpet makes it look even darker. Location was perfect seeing the Elizabeth Tower walking out of the hotel every day put a smile on my face all the time . I loved it <3 "

"The property is in the process of being renovated. The refurbished rooms are excellent and the staff very friendly. Plenty of choice for breakfast. We have booked again for our next London trip. "

"Beautiful hotel although it has low ceilings. If you are over 6 foot 3, the shower in our room would have been too low. Breakfast was great with lots of choices! Would definitely recommend staying here!"
