The check in lady was super nice however, once I was in my room the fan was on. I figured no big deal right! The room was kind of warm so I figured I turn on the air conditioner. I soon fell asleep and around 2am I woke up sweating the ac was not turning on. I went downstairs and informed them that this was happening. Apparently the ac does not turn on during this time of year. I could not sleep and ended up leaving early

No breakfast. When we checked in and went to our room, the room hadn’t been cleaned. We stayed for 2 nights and the second day when we returned, our keys wouldn’t work. Had to go back to reception and get new keys!

Convenient to major highways. Clean, no frills accommodations. TV channels do not correspond to networks (difficult to find programs). Some room damage not disclosed at check in, which means you need to do your own inspection/reporting as soon as you check in, or you could get charged for it. Local restaurant choices are very limited.

Lobby looks great, my kid loved the pool, it’s big and clean. Rooms are heavily damaged. Wall damage, unclean bathrooms, tub drains dont work. I could tell housekeeping does the minmal. Last guest hairs in the shower, floors sticky… It could be so much better if they were keeping up on the rooms.

Close enough to killington, super super nice staff. Made us feel welcome and helped me extend my stay during a huge snowstorm for my Expedia rate. Right off highway and has studio style rooms with kitchen that are perfect for our ski stay!! Great place.

Though the staff was friendly and cooperative, our room needed deep cleansing. Even during the winter time, we had to leave windows open so that the smell could go away. The kitchen didn’t have sufficient pots/pans. The property needs a lot of maintenance.

We stayed here to ski at Killington for the weekend. We liked that it was away from the bustle of the mountain. The room was very clean and the bed was comfy.

The hotel is fine. It is clean enough. I called the hotel before I booked it and asked if there was a hot tub and I was told there was one. One will arrived and checked in. I was told that there is not a hot tub. We were planning on using it for the afternoon. At that point it was too late to find something else and the room was non refundable. The television had very limited channels. It seems that there were many news channels and sports channels, but nothing of any entertainment value. I don’t think I would ever come back here again. It was just a very boring place.

Thank you for your feedback. We do apologize for the miscommunication over the phone, as we do not have any hot tubs on site. We do have a pool with a shallow kid-pool end, but it is not a hot tub.

We did not end up staying here. Waited 2 hours to check in to our room. When our room was ready, upon entering I noticed that we were given the incorrect room and since the hotel was already fully booked they couldn’t switch us to another room. We were told to go to the other hotel across the parking lot, Holiday Inn, since they had availabilities.

You get what you pay for. Very outdated. We had a room as far away from the main lobby as we could get. Side entrances had no door handle to make access easier. Dog hair all over the beds. Musty carpets. Unsure how the electrical system can be deemed up to date. Lack of working outlets.

We arrived on a Friday night and the a dog was next door that wouldn't shut up. They said we can't say anything to the owners but we can switch your room. Seeing that the tub was all chipped and not the best upkepte we switched. Well this room had wall paper peeling off the walls and ceiling paper around the edges falling down. Staff the second day were very nice. First night not so much. Wouldn't stay again.
