"After flying in with four of us from Los Angeles on a Red Eye, we had to drive around for 4-5 hours until we were able to check in at 4pm, however after hours of trying to get into the property with no answer on the contact number ,we finally were able to have the local property manager come out and say that the property overbooked and had no room for us. I spent over 2 hours on the phone getting the run around by Expedia with mixed stories of our accommodations. FINALLY with now the story is that there was a plumbing problem and they would get us to another property from the original property manager and Expedia NOT doing a thing to help 4 of us stranded with no place to stay, we got to the other property. The new property was fine, but the most upsatting thing was dealing with Expedia trying to get a place for us to stay. Expedia tried saying they would cancel the accommodations and get us a Hotel but we would have to pay for the hotel and then wait for any credits or refund on our original booking. HIGHLY unacceptable by Expedia customer service. I am a GOLD member and spend quite a few thousand dollars a year for both business and pleasure and they did NOTHING to make me feel they were taking care of us. We basically lost a day of full work which cost my business over $1500 in non productive work."

"Host was unresponsive to initial questions about place. Check-in instructions came very late after I inquired. We found out after check-in time passed that the property was unavailable due to a plumbing issue. Fortunately, vey quickly they upgraded us to another nearby property that worked out very well. No instructions were given regarding check-out details"

"BEWARE!! We wish we could give negative 1000 stars! BEWARE OF THIS HOST, THE BIGGEST SCAM ARTIST! Baited & switched us 40 minutes before our check in saying a pipe busted where we were supposed to be staying (which we visited anyway to find the place looked abandoned honestly)You think you are backed by Vrbocare? HA! What a joke, spent countless hours (at least 6) on the phone to be told there was nothing they could do AFTER arguing with us about which address we were actually given, sending us on a wild goose chase to take videos of the original address we were supposed to be staying at & uploading all the original photos we actually booked to what this horrible human being changed them to after our confirmation email & a voice recording of the property manager telling us about the change of address which we never consented to. The a/c didn’t work, the toilet didn’t flush, the screens were broken amongst other things! Told we would have an entire private home to ourselves with a yard to find it is a 5 apartment complex with no yard! BEWARE!!! BEWARE!!! BEWARE!!! AND DON’T EVEN BOTHER WITH VRBOCARE IT’S A WASTE OF YOUR TIME & ENERGY! Every rep we spoke with before check in told us don’t worry get to the property & we will help you only to be told after we got to the property that was the wrong thing to do! They will make you go in circles only to NOT help! BOOK AT YOUR OWN RISK WE HAVE TRIED TO WARN YOU! "

"DO NOT RENT FROM THIS HOST!!! After paying an additional 150 for an early check-in to expedite the process, we were in route when I received a call stating a pipe burst in the unit. They placed us in a smaller unit with a tiny kitchen and without a washer/dryer that was 10 mins farther. I called and text persistently for 4 days before we moved into the original unit. There were no signs of any repair. The bathrooms in this unit is very small, the vents are covered in dust, the adjacent neighbors were loud, parked their cars anyway they liked, and the pool, foosball and airhockey tables take up the whole space where the oversized glass table is pictured rendering the kitchen space impractical. When I asked about compensation, I was told the request was put in. After check-out, I inquired only to be told "no refund." The host has changed her number and VRBO attempted to mediate without success because the owner never returned calls. It turns out the place we were offered was not a VRBO property and they couldn't do anything for us without completing rebooking another unit. This owner also double books on Expedia and other sites. Again, not worth the price and communication is atrocious! BEWARE!! "

"First day i got there the only one lady at the “front desk”completely ignore me by pretending she didn’t work there, unfortunately for her I stayed at the lobby longer that she had anticipated and had no option but to move behind the desk and ask me “if I needed help” I found that very disrespectful, after that day I never saw her again and for most my stay the staff was ok."
