"We had a fantastic stay! The hotel and staff were truly exceptional, Chris especially made our day with his kindness and attention. We were lucky to have a beautiful mountain view, and our king-size room with a sofa and fireplace made the experience even more comfortable and relaxing. Breakfast was excellent, and both the valet and bellman teams were professional and welcoming, especially Tom. The management clearly runs a great operation, everything felt seamless. The location is perfect as well, with plenty of shops nearby and easy walking access to the gondola. We will definitely be coming back! Thank you !"

"Very little furniture on balcony (1 bench) . It would be nice to sit out on the balcony and relax in the early evening but wooden bench not very inviting or comfortable. Steff throughout the lodge are polite, friendly and helpful. Alsways smiling. Bed was comfortable and pillows and housecoats very lovely."

"Well worth the extra money to stay in the Gold rooms. The breakfast, snacks, and canapés were excellent in the gold lounge, and the level of service first class. Made a lovely therapeutic few day getaway."

"The view was amazing. While we were worried about the noise from the plaza below, everyone got quiet early enough and it was the best sleep we have had at a hotel."
