I'm over 80 and found the ordering of our stay difficult. On arrival I was told that the booking was not for the night but the following night so had to make another booking. I was told that Crisol Monasterio de San Miguel could not transfer the booking so I paid twice. I found your ordering system difficult to navigate and would be very grateful if you could refund me the booking that I could not use.

The location is really good, and many restaurants and cool places are walking distance.
Usually there isn't anyone on the front desk, so it is really important to get the WhatsApp number to communicate anything.
