Not happy at all..

The bathroom was dirty, the bathroom sink was filthy and the AC making terrible noise, was so hot also!!

I felt at home,

Loved this place. I felt like Im at home. The convenience of the location, the place is near several good restaurants, an Airport, also close to well known businesses and companies. In fact, this place falls into my list of hotels that, while affordable, still makes you feel majestic!!! Have I mentioned that the staff was great!!!

Could be worse

I can promise that I will never stay here again. I will drive the extra 20 minutes to stay where I don't get cut on carpet tack strips that are exposed because the carpet is coming up. The showers had very little pressure and mold was all over the shower walls and door. Housekeeping needs to be fired or the general manager. There was spit on the walls and trust me if I didn't already pay for the room in advance I would have walked out and requested a full refund. Spend the additional $30 and stay further away.

Disappointing Stay At Red Roof Inn

The hotel was rundown. The hallways were dirty and did not get vacuumed while we were there. The trash bin outside the back entrance was not dumped or removed during our stay and it was overflowing. The only exercise equipment that was working for a two days was the elliptical machine. There we no guest towels to wipe down after the workout. During our stay there was a theft that occurred, a guest had his laptop taken from his room. The sheriffs dept. was called in, they were told by the clerk at the time that there had been a suspicious women walking the halls during the night. Yet the clerk did not call law enforcement or question her to the theft.The room smelled musty, the room air conditioner was noisy and did not cool very well.The hotel interior is in need of updating.

Maybe not quite a Two star

Not sure that this is a two star hotel. Pool closed for maintenance, first room had problem with toilet and mini fridge, Second room better. Note Shower/bathroom very small. If you are a smoker, this is the hotel for you! Smoking rooms only on the top floor. If you are a nonsmoker, you have to walk past the smoking rooms to get to your room, not a pleasant journey. This is just weird. Breakfast is a joke, they have no spray for the waffle iron so you have to wrestle out the chunks of waffle. Vending machines either empty or not working properly. Could go on but not worth it to me. Would not stay here again.

Quick getaway

This was a last minute reservation. The hotel clerk was very nice. The only complaint I have was that the room smelled of cigarette smoke buy other than that it was good.

Friendly staff, unkept facilities

Friendly staff, but the front desk person was also doing laundry, vaccuming, etc. There was a need for more staff. The facilities were unkept. The room was dirty. The pool was closed for maintance, but no one was working on it and it did not look very inviting, etc.
