Under Construction

The hotel was under a renovation on the same floor we were staying while we were there. We walked through paint tarps and construction debris to get to our room on the other end of the hallway. The staff apologized for the renovation while we were staying there, but still it was not the most pleasant experience. Luckily it was a late check in early check out for us.

Unfriendly staff. Ants everywhere.

The cleaning crew is unfriendly to the point of being rude. We requested the bed to be made, and she gave us a look as if we asking her to do a personal favor. When we asked her to clean the room not when she knocked, but an hour latet, she said she could not because she had many check-outs. Ants are everywhere. Swarms of them in the bathroom, found two crawling over me. The breakfast cannot be called "breakfast": mini bagles ( no butter, no creamcheese), half- dried oranges and small apples, coffee. Disgraceful. Don't call it breakfast!

The bathroom was dirty, the bathroom sink was filthy and the AC making terrible noise, was so hot also!!

2 nights, no body clean the room. we ran out of tissue, towels and wash rags, then for breakfast, Cereal!!!! are you kidding!! when we checked in there was some spilled crumbs on floor of the stairway just by the main lobby, 2 days later when we were leaving it was still there. in my book you got a big fat F.

Loved this place. I felt like Im at home. The convenience of the location, the place is near several good restaurants, an Airport, also close to well known businesses and companies. In fact, this place falls into my list of hotels that, while affordable, still makes you feel majestic!!! Have I mentioned that the staff was great!!!

Could be worse

I can promise that I will never stay here again. I will drive the extra 20 minutes to stay where I don't get cut on carpet tack strips that are exposed because the carpet is coming up. The showers had very little pressure and mold was all over the shower walls and door. Housekeeping needs to be fired or the general manager. There was spit on the walls and trust me if I didn't already pay for the room in advance I would have walked out and requested a full refund. Spend the additional $30 and stay further away.
