"there breakfast is really good and satisfying.. the room are really nice and clean. the only thing i notice is i dont know if somebody experience it too that the phone in my room is keep of ringin but no one is answering. im not sure if thats one of there protocol or someone is doing some prank. and all and all i really like to stay here. i should recommend this to my friends like to stay in edmonton."

"I had a great stay at this hotel. My room was spotless and very well maintained, which made it easy to relax right away. The staff were friendly and always ready to help with anything I needed. The breakfast buffet was an excellent way to start the day. Hot food, fresh fruit and is one of the reasons I’d definitely stay here again."

"Breakfast was great, only interaction with staff was check in. Day of check out they literally threw out bill under the door at 5am and kept sliding our do not disturb under the door as we were in the room hours from check out. Room was nice, very few open outlets. No food for snacks, good thing we brought them. "

"Worst experience was already running late for checking in. I get there and she says well it’s not paid for!! I then show her the receipt and she actually had the nerve to look at me and giggle! I couldn’t believe how rude she was . Then to make matters worse the security guard comes and tells her he called the police! The girl at the front desk says to the man ‘are you serious? Why would you phone the police for a mistake for a room and a disgruntled customer? It was just unlike anything!!! I still can’t believe it "

"Hotel is fabulous. Don’t even have to go outside to get to Rogers. Very convenient. Room was lovely. My only complaint is the weird pipes coming out of the ground in the pool area. This is a liability and hazard waiting to happen. My child fell into the hot tub and had he tripped one foot to the left we may have been visiting the hospital instead of the hockey game. If they must be there…. Then they should be covered with a box or some type of safety cover Otherwise great stay and would stay again "

"I booked throw a third party and was expecting tickets to the water park, and did not get them. I also was expecting to pay with hotel.com cards for most of the room but was unable to because I was paying at the hotel and I was unable to use the hotel.com cards. They did have huge tub and a free breakfast so that was good. Clean room and friendly staff. A security guard was also in the lobby after 9, which made me feel safer."
