"Housekeeping was terrible. They don’t really clean. I was refused service. When I switched my room. They said they couldn’t get pancake mix off the carpet. I was there for more than a week. Never switched rooms."

This is a nice location for Amtrak traveling and also it’s an easy walk to downtown transit! It’s a happening neighborhood! The staff really went all out to help make my stay amazing!"
