"We had a very brief stay. Dropped off stuff and went to a concert. Staff was great. Absolutely friendly. Cleaning staff was the best. They were welcoming and made it feel like family. "

"The property is clean, well cared for and appears to have been recently updated. Everything was well laid out with plenty of room for socializing and having meals from the onsite restaurant. Enjoyed the breakfast which included an omelette bar and other “fresh made” options (no powdered eggs!). Will definitely return when visiting the area next year."

"Room was huge for the price. There were three sinks… bathroom, kitchenette, and one by the entrance not really sure why. Two TVs, one by the couch and one in front of the bed. Only thing is the clock and telephone look like they’re from the 80s."

"This was a last minute reservation, we were lucky to get the last room. My friend and i came to see the Rose and Japanese Garden. Tim was very helpful at check in and Anthony was wonderful helping us with parking and luggage. Beautiful hotel and the best bed and linen I've had in a long time! Beekman 1802 products were appreciated. Great recs for Indian food for dinner (East India up the street) and Cheryl's for breakfast around the corner. We'll definitely stay here again when my husband and i come back. "

"Staff are efficient & helpful. Our room was huge and clean. Breakfast was good with plenty of seating. Best kids pool/splash pad although it may be over chlorinated/under ventilated. Valet was fast & convenient. I liked the option to text house keeping & valet service instead of waiting on hold. Roof top had a pretty view. We stayed here twice & would likely pick it again if we have the good fortune of seeing Portland again. "
