**Newly updated patio and dining space** Private Portland Suite with studio layout and luxury bathroom. 5 minute drive to downtown Portland, bars, restaurants, & attractions. Easy access to freeways for day trips to wine country, the beach, or Mt. hood.

Tastefully renovated suite is in a prime location for both travels to Downtown/East Side Portland & Beaverton/Hillsboro.

Beneath our primary residence, consisting of a King Bed, 50" Smart TV, Wet Bar (with fridge & coffee maker), Luxury bathroom with a full sized Tub and separate Stand up Shower & Heated Floors, Full Wireless Internet, Desk, Black out Blinds.

Guest access:

Guest will have their own private driveway and a private fenced sitting area outside the unit.

The hosts Jon and Whitney were very welcoming and gave clear instructions for everything about our suite upon our arrival there was no question we needed to ask. We loved the location a quiet quaint neighborhood. We stayed for three nights and felt very comfortable and safe.We were close to everything we wanted to do the mall, downtown, Old town and only about 30 min to the wineries in Newberg, if you want to take a beautiful drive out in the country. We loved the updated cozy suite with heated bathroom floors and soaking tub. We will definitely come back next time we come to Portland for a stay. Thank you again!Eddie & Melissa B.

Perfect little stopover

This was perfect for my son and I. The location is so convenient to Winterhawks skating rink where he plays hockey. It was spotlessly clean, with everything we could want provided, easy parking, and easy check in. We will definitely stay here again when we're in town!

Perfect for what we needed.

My Mom and I needed a place to stay for a couple days that was close to OHSU. This location is perfect. It is in a quiet neighborhood and we felt much safer than staying in a hotel. Their home is beautifully set up and had everything we needed for our stay. Thank you to our host Whitney and Jon for creating this cozy rental space.

I was very comfortable staying there nightly after attending the Olympic track and field trials in Eugene. The morning bath in the tub was a great way to start each day. Quick drives to get food, coffee, food trucks and Powell bookstore. I loved the locations. I would definitely stay there again!!!

I was in town for a few days on business and needed a quiet place with good access to Portland. I loved the location and how quiet the neighborhood is. Great Loacation!

This location was perfect for my strange call schedule as a medical professional. I come and go at odd hours and the attached space was ideal. The living area was clean, modern, and private. Jonathan was a great hoast and communicates well. I highly recommend this rental!
