"The property was fine, but the walls were super thin, like I could hear when the people in the room next to me were coughing. So if you value privacy this isn't the place. Also, there is a $25+ a day "resort fee" charge that you should make sure to add to your total before purchasing. "

"Dusty air didnt work circulated hot air. Not half if items in kitchen suppose to be. The tv had inch thick of dust. They only gave two towels entire week and noone would answer phone at desk and then they were rude doenstairs"

"I live in Vegas and this is usually my go-to locals casino when I staycation. But with the way we are nickel'd and dime'd makes me want to stay in my car next time. From no coffee maker in the room to getting charged $1.99 for plastic utensils because I would rather take a to go order and eat it in my room, or the advertised specials like $2.99 shrimp cocktail but only if you earn a certain status on your player card (which they don't tell you on those billboards) and lastly the resort fee supposedly waived for locals but oh, not this time because they are sold out. "

"Palms was a great value property for our spring break getaway. The room was an average hotel-sized room and mostly clean and well-maintained. The variety in options at the onsite food court was great, and very budget friendly if you don't want to spend a lot at the restaurants. The casino area was a good time, although I wish there were more tables for table games (roulette, blackjack, poker). Felt like a primarily-slots casino. My favorite part about the casino was the minimum bets ($10/15) were much lower than what it is at the strip casinos ($25/50/100). Was able to play longer. We had a great time at the pool and was able to watch March Madness games with the big screens showing multiple games simultaneously. Overall, a great experience at Palms!"
