Beautiful pub in East Malling (I was there, passing through, between a visit from Spain to various places in the UK). The room (Number 1) was amazing. Every facility possible. The kind staff even put a hairdryer in for me. Ample space, bathroom, fridge, kettle, supply of a continental breakfast, information folder, full size TV, double bed and wardrobe. Spotlessly clean, modern but with a "vintage" feel. Loved it.

It’s a little bit dated in some parts. The rooms could do with a modern upgrade, digital TVs with Netflix and YouTube streaming for example. The showers were really poor in water power and dribbled. The pillows were pretty flat and not too comfortable. But the staff were lovely and helpful. The breakfast was plentiful and tasty but that toaster was screeching in the background and made it uncomfortable to remain too long in the dining area.

Amazing little hideway just within easy walking distance of West Malling, the hosts were super friendly and made us feel very comfortable on arrival, we purchased the firepit kit which was beautifully presented and included marshmallows and all your fire starting essentials, perfect for a quiet evening under the night skies. The accommodation was spotlessly clean and offered everything you could need for a self catering trip, including tea, coffee, cutlery, firepit tools, tin foil, washing up...

Amazing place will be back for sure

We had a great experience at the Holiday Inn, Sevenoaks which probably has a lot to do with the friendly staff. They were willing to do anything to make our stay as comfortable as possible!

Beautiful find. Very impressed, everything was perfect. The room was amazing, especially waking up to the views in the sunshine. Everything we needed and the room was spotless. All the little details have been thought of. The breakfast was yummy and the owners very friendly. We even had a text the evening we arrived asking us what time we would like breakfast and the options available. Such a lovely personal touch. Will definitely go back and recommend to others.

Our stay at the Stables Courtyard rooms was excellent. From the moment we arrived we were welcomed by the wonderful staff in all areas of the property. The reception staff were very polite and friendly, and gave us all the information we needed for our stay and our wristbands for free entry to the Castle and grounds. Julie in the restuarant was really lovely - great personality and a high level of customer service. The dinner and breakfast were delicious - lots of choice in the buffet with also...

A pampering weekend for my wife over the Valentines weekend was an excellent one night stay. My wife was made to feel very comfortable and relaxed and enjoyed her afternoon in the spa immensely. Staff were all very friendly and nothing was to much trouble.

Fantastic spa hotel with neighbouring Woodland Trust forest to explore. The leisure facilities include a heated indoor pool, sauna, hydro-pool and steam room. There's also a wonderful roof terrace which was handy as it was a lovely sunny day. We ate dinner and lunch at the hotel, both were excellent. The room was clean and comfortable and we were able to organise a late checkout with the reception team who were very flexible. We will certainly stay again.

We found this hotel to be far enough away from the town centre to not be bothered by any noise but close enough for a nice stroll and the sunset over the harbour was lovely. The owners have obviously spent a great deal of time and money on this once run down to turn it into a comfortable hotel with more improvements planned.

Stayed here for 1 night for a near by family wedding. Nice hotel , not grand but clean comfortable and friendly. Reception very helpful, nothing was to much trouble. The staff were very polite helpful and everyone sported a smile. Would stay here again Very good value.
