Fantastic accommodation.

Very nice hotel

I have stayed here many times over 20 years - its a wonderful property in a great location. However I am concerned that there is a lot of construction happening next door and the suite on this last visit did seem like it needed updating. I love the hot tubs in the suite but it did have a tide mark - they are very difficult to clean properly.

We had an amazing stay at the Four Seasons Hotel Orlando. There was a small hiccup at the beginning as we had arranged to be picked up from the airport by the hotel but couldn’t readily locate the driver. Once we found the driver, everything onwards went smoothly. There were two cold and refreshing bottles of water in the car and the drive to the hotel was pleasant. Once at the hotel, we were impressed by the hotel décor and liked the modern feel to it. Every single staff at the hotel...

I loved everything about this resort - the views, facilities, amenities, food, staff. Would highly recommend and will definitely be going back.

A premium and convenient retreat from the madness of Disney world. Super easy to walk to back entrance at Epcot and Hollywood Studios, with the benefit of early opening and late opening for deluxe resort guests. Very short walk to Dolphin and Swan and their facilities as well as Boardwalk and Yacht and Beachclub resort restaurants. Rooms are clean and stylish.

We loved it hear, the staff are outstanding and there is so much to do… the room was great and the food was excellent.

Awesome

Very well maintained and kept hotel.

All the furniture was in very good condition, the villa was very clean and all the cleaning products were provided, down to washing powder, kitchen roll, dishwasher tablets etc. The cutlery, crockery and glasses all appeared to be new. Bedding was very comfortable, and the Hotel provided extra blankets and pillows as soon as we requested them. The private pool in addition to Stormaway Bay was a bonus. A very enjoyable stay, wish it had been for longer!

Delightful hotel. Very well appointed and spacious rooms. Enjoyed the 'quiet' pool although nearby drinks machine was empty- a bit annoying and when I pointed this out to a member of staff she brought me a free bottle of coke and immediately was on phone to report the issue. Can't understand why this isn't checked daily though. Also no stamps for Post to UK in gift shop. Both minor irritations that could easily be avoided. Staff were all very friendly and helpful and really could not fault...

We have just completed a 16 night stay here and the old saying "you get what you pay for" certainly applies. It is a superb and superior hotel, obvious from the moment you arrive. Not cheap - we knew that - but worth it. Breakfast every morning was a feast for eyes and tummies! The Highball & Harvest staff are fantastic. Faultless house-keeping and even during Hurricane Matthew, the "Ride-Out" team did a superb job. The personal touches, like being addressed by name by staff (how do they...

Nice big place lobby amazing but the rooms and vast long corridors very much well lived in - carpets need updating
