"The Village Inn was the perfect place for a stopover while travelling further south. Ideally located a short distance from Northallerton. Large car park, restaurant with a really good menu choice and very reasonably priced. The room was extremely clean and comfortable with heating you can control yourself. Powerful shower and very hot water. Breakfast was great, with choices of full English, Vegan, cereals etc. I would highly recommend the Village Inn to everybody looking for somewhere to stay...

We enjoyed a lovely evening meal but unfortunately chose the wrong night. A couple of big birthday celebrations were happening and the restaurant was extremely busy. This didn’t detract from the excellent food and service we received. The breakfast was also fantastic, 10/10. We couldn’t fault the staff, who were excellent throughout our stay"
