Had a great overnight stay. Lovely room with view on golf course. Nice to have bath with separate shower. Reception team very kind and helpful as were the staff in Roosters restaurant and the breakfast room. I took advantage of the nearby included gym and pool (12 min drive or the hotel also has a free bookable shuttle). All in all I was very impressed.

Only stayed for one night on way home, wished was longer. Fabulous hotel in a lovely setting that would be a perfect base for local attractions. Staff very friendly and helpful, room great with gorgeous view and breakfast excellent. Arrived late but squeezed in a drink at bar...food menu looked good.

Nice hotel! My room (724) was quite big, pretty comfortable - and quiet: I slept very well. The hotel felt (and smelled) very clean - you notice it as soon as you enter the spacious reception area. Encouraging.
I had a meal in the bar area on Saturday evening. The food was fine though perhaps not wildly exciting. What impressed me was the charming young bar staff, who worked really hard. For instance, when there was a lull between customers, the young bar man got straight down to re-sanitising...
