Upgraded to the aircon room was fantastic during this little heatwave and beds were very comfy and clean

Very satisfied. Evening meal was very good. Hoorn is an attractive location, staff were friendly, and the room was comfortable although quite basic. You don't seem to be able to park right next to the hotel but parking is available in the adjacent street - approx 100 metres away.

The best welcome ever, the receptionist a blond lady were super helpful, 10/10 in knowledge, I had to book for the sauna and gym and the girls were super helpful at that time. I really want to say I kind thank you to the staff at the Hendrix. It is a beautiful hotel and the staff are amazing very helpful very knowledgeable and very attentive all the things you need when you just need a nice rest. It is a small hotel and the facilities are just right and just close enough/far away enough, from the busy stuff. I would definitely stay again.

This hotel was just perfect for our 3 night city break. In a quiet area which is becoming the new up and coming place to be. Don't know about the night life there, we weren't interested. We went into the centre to socialise. Our 24 yr old daughter was happy to travel in & out on her own from here. Felt safe & secure. Good sized room with comfy King bed and sofa bed for 3 of us. Fantastic hotel with lovely staff. We were in room 1112 to celebrate our wedding anniversary. Hotel were really quick with replying to queries prior to booking and even had a hand written note and sweets upon arrival to celebrate Loved zaandam. Really pretty town. Close to the Central Station so a handy location for the eurostar. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Great base if your happy to walk (or cycle) to the main attractions. I was on the 2nd floor on the corner and outside noise was not issue. At points you can hear the trams rumbling but I didn't find it intrusive. They have a fun little bar that does great cocktails!

Far and away my favourite hotel in central Amsterdam, for either business our tourism. Great location within easy walking distance of the main tourist areas but in a quieter location. Beautiful interiors, welcoming and friendly staff. Drinks and snacks in the blue room are a nice perk before and after a long day of business or sightseeing. Staff were lovely and extra helpful. Place was clean and well appointed. Location was absolutely perfect. Not on the very busy roads but right in the heart of Amsterdam.

My second time staying here - great location if you want to be in the centre along one of the canals. Interesting streets, restaurants and cafes all around. lovely comfortable rooms. A free drink from the bar is a very nice touch - the barman knows his G&Ts. I will definitely go back.

Staff were excellent, nothing was too much trouble for them. Real quirky hotel, totally different from anything I have stayed in before, but in a good way. Free wine hour in the early evening! would totally recommend this hotel.

Great experience from start to finish (booking process was seemless as well). This was our 2nd time staying at the Sir Adam Hotel and will certainly be staying again! The staff are extremely friendly and thoughtful. I mentioned at check in that we were going to visit a local brewery we loved and we came back to the room with complimentary bottles of beer and a lovely note - very thoughtful. The room is cosy and the bed is super comfortable. Absolutely spot on service!

Top class hotel in a very good area the staff always very nice and helpful. Being a regular visitor i can say the rooms are all very welcoming and and in good condition.
