Insgesamt eine schöne Wohnung über drei Etagen. Eine sonnige Terrasse (mit Strandkorb) fast ganztägig, wenn auch in Richtung auf den Kreisel. Der Kamin ohne Glasverkleidung brachte ein direkteres Erlebnis.
