Cracking hotel

A spacious hotel with a lovely outlook to the water providing good beach and pool facilities at a reasonable price. Its location provides an easy commute back to the City or even to the Lusail International circuit. The food was excellent offering a good breakfast and then a choice of other authentic restaurants…we particularly enjoyed the Thai food.

Wonderful team and service. Rooms are clean. Breakfast is great, you can have it outside despite the heat or some idiots smoking next to you. October wasn’t too bad to enjoy breakfast outside. Next to the hotel you have the Lagoona mall which is very convenient. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and will come again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our staycation at Grand Hyatt Doha having been very well taken care of by the team. Special mention to the Club Lounge team (Thomas, Biknam, Rovina and Prakriti) who took extra special care of us and were amazing with our seven year old son. The housekeeping team including Mamun and Winswe were also absolutely fantastic in providing those added touches to help make our stay as comfortable as possible. Every stay at this hotel should include breakfast at SMBC, such a range of choice served by a lovely team. We will definitely be back for another visit soon.

We had a wonderful stay at the Grand Hyatt Doha Qatar, from beginning to end. We received assistance by the front staff in assisting us with local transportation to granting us a late departure from hotel. Great location, several inhouse restaurants. Our special thanks to Mr. Fonseca, assistant Manager Front Desk and his staff member, Anas for their hospitality, assistance and professionalism.
