"Would have been a 5 star review but I asked the first night if staff could kindly remind other residents to move away from the front steps of the building whilst smoking kate at night as it comes into the bedroom window. Second night I had to ask 3 different gentlemen to please move away as their smoke was keeping me awake and affecting my asthma. Two were very apologetic and moved but the 3rd I got abuse from and it was not nice😞."

"this is a lovely house, well equipped for families and plenty of space outside in the garden. Plenty of parking too. Easy to get to the town centre where there are great pubs and an excellent Coop.Really nice touches like a basket with essentials for when you arrive and enough consumables (toilet rolls, toiletries etc.) to last for our four night stay.One of the best houses we have rented."

"We stayed for 3 nights in November unfortunately when it snowed! The cottage is very comfortable, warm and cosy. Everything you need. Not within walking distance of shop/pub but lots to do in the area. The owners live next door and are very helpful if you have any questions. The cottage is a very good base from which to explore the area."
