Hotel is in an excellent location in the heart of the Wellington city with great restaurants nearby. Staff are very friendly and super helpful with check in. Room was absolutely spotless and super clean. It had all listed amendites.

The room on the 9th floor had amazing views and was very clean, it was smaller than expected from the photos but perfectly adequate. The hotel location near to Cuba Street was ideal. The only reasons we haven’t scored this as excellent was that the parking is confusing, although very convenient just across the road and that we had an interconnecting room, so noise from the neighbouring room was more noticeable.

My stay was good, the room was very clean and spacious with great amenities. The parking spaces were very small/awkward so maybe something to bare in mind for those with a larger car. Upon check out, nobody asked how my stay had been which I thought was poor communication from the staff.
