The hotel itself was spotless and had everything you could want for a comfortable stay. It felt secure as well, with locked lift access adding an extra layer of safety and peace of mind. The staff were fantastic—especially when we accidentally got locked out of our room and needed assistance, as well as accommodating a late check-in without any hassle. Their helpfulness really stood out and made the experience even better. If I had to nitpick, the only downside was that the room door couldn’t be deadbolted. However, this was a very minor issue in an otherwise great stay. I would absolutely stay here again the next time I’m in Wellington."
