Enjoy this light and airy home, that is part of the "Wellfleet Harbors" cottage complex offering wonderful views of Wellfleet Harbor. The well equipped kitchen comes complete with a high top table & 4 stools and leads to a comfortable living room with flat screen 32" TV. There are three bedrooms, one with a double, one with a twin, and the third with a bunkbed - all featuring beautiful views of the harbor. Mayo Beach is only 2/10 of a mile away, along with the recreation center, which features a basketball court, tennis court, skate park, playground. The property is also a short walk to town, local shops and restaurants. NEW FOR 2023, WALL AC UNIT!! BOOK NOW! Non-refundable $250.00 fee (includes administrative fee and damage waiver assurance) plus applicable state and local taxes. Linens not provided. Guests may rent linens or bring their own.

Loved the view from main bedroom window every morning watching the sun rise over the marsh!

Everything went very well. The only complaint I have is trivial. It seems that over the years people have left Tupperware containers behind to the point where the cabinets are full and there is hardly room to store food
