"Booked the apartment for a short stay. Good communication from the owner with entry instructions, good directions. It is obvious that the apartment sees a lot of footfall being very close to the seafront of the north bay, but it offered everything needed for the stay; very comfortable, clean furnishings; ample clean towels and bedding; nice clean kitchen with breakfast bar; good sized fridge freezer; washing machine. Bathroom was a nice size, very clean, and warm. I didn't need parking so unsure...

"Fantastic little apartment in a brilliant location. Apartment had everything you needed and more for a weekend away. We had apartment 5 right at the very top, so no noise. Theres 2 long stay car parks nearby at £6 for 24 hours.Only complaint would be the key code to get in. I really struggled with it, especially after a few drinks 😉"

"Lovely property on a very well kept holiday village. Close to Filey and Scarborough. Used the park and ride to get into Scarborough, well worth it. Visited Playdale Farm which was very good. Wear suitable footwear as very muddy."

"sofa not at all comfy . bed needs a king size duvet. i think a clothes airer to dry wet clothes would be good. maybe a pizza cutter. sharpen all knives. better quality toilet paper. and better signage on key safe. apart from the latter very good."

"When staying at this accommodation they did offer clear instructions on how to find and where to park, The apartment was clean and spacious, However we found that you could not use both showers at the same time which wasnt acceptable when this place wasnt cheap , Why have two showers if this is the case, We also found that two of the windows were broken so we were unable to closes these at night and with the busy nightlife outside we had a restless night, We also found the bedding to be poor...

"The property was really clean and spacious. The facilities in the property were excellent. There were a few minor issues, extractor fan in bathroom not working, stitching on the sofa which i reported, but apart from that it was a safe, quiet area and definately worth staying in the property."

"This holiday home is the most perfect myself and partner have booked. The decor is absolutely amazing and a lot of thought had been put into it by the owners. It is impossible to pick any faults. The home was clean and high standard and quality of equipment and furnishings. Studying the ‘quirky’ decor was an enjoyable time spent. Simon and Lynne were so friendly without being intrusive. "My 6yo and I went for 3 nights. Lovely community atmosphere, nice and close to the beach. Apartment was well kept and had everything we needed. The bed was really comfortable. The internet signal was good. The site is well equipped with a shop, cafe, pub and amusements. I had some limited correspondence with Lucy who seemed very nice. I’d definitely consider going back again."

"We were made to feel very welcome. The apartment was beautiful and spotless with a balcony overlooking the North Bay. We had good recommendations from the staff on reception and nothing was too much trouble. The only confusion was the booking process. I assumed we had paid on booking but when we arrived were told it was still to pay for. I think this needs to be made clearer on Vrbo website booking confirmation."

"Beautiful location in easy reach of bridlington and fraisthorpe,Ben was very responsive and helpful,the only downside was the beds weren't made up and there were no provisions ready,ie.toiltries but thankfully I took a roll with us ...but besides that there was everything we needed."
