"The location of the property was definitely the bright spot of the stay. The house is truly within walking distance of everything. The check-in procedure was not quite up to date or accurate, it made entering the property difficult. "Brought my daughter down for a last minute birthday trip. This rental is perfect. Super close to beach, very nice and safe neighborhood. We had no issues with the A/C (was 71 when we came in and worked no problem the whole time), so not sure what that review was about. All-in-all would highly recommend for anyone looking for a nice place to stay near the beach!"

"We had a wonderful weekend getaway at The Grace Escape. The house was very clean and everything was as pictured. We loved the modern design and you could tell everything was brand new. The private pool was a great bonus. The grace escape is in a beautiful location, only a minute or two from the beach. Very close to some great restaurants and shops. We enjoyed riding our bikes around and exploring the area. Zach was a great host and very easy to communicate with. We will definitely be back."
