Lovely comfy rooms set behind the pub in the old town of Hemel Hempstead. The wonderful friendly staff made me feel so welcome and really looked after me, making me breakfast sandwiches when I had no time for breakfast. Great food. Excellent shower in bathroom!

Excellent location for travelling by tube into central London. Very helpful staff. Bonus points for Aldi and Tesco nearby!
We didn't make use of the bar or breakfast option so can't comment, but breakfast did smell very nice! Parking was easy. Would use again.

Really good hotel, food - evening meal and breakfast very good with excellent personal friendly service.
Although in old town centre, the bar area has a real country inn type atmosphere.

This was our first stay at a B&B. An originally planned one-night stay turned spontaneously into a 2-night stay, but Tom & Patricia are lovely hosts and have accommodated to our flexible needs fuss-free & professionally. We stayed in the rooms in the loft conversion (exec king size they're called) which were very cosy, super clean and had a very well equipped coffee/tea station. Breakfast was satisfying and made with loving hands. The hosts made us feel very at home and I want to thank...

The owner - Jasmine - was wonderful and couldn't do enough to help, she was kind, friendly, supportive and easy going. Her breakfast was perfect and she really made us welcome; will definitely be staying again and looking forward to it. The property is also close to Arnos Grove station (about 5-10 mins walk) and within Zone 4/5, so really easy to get to.
The place is spotlessly clean and just gorgeous. Definitely coming back - thank you.

The room was very clean and tidy and luckily, a fan was provided because it was very warm up there due to the heatwave. The guy on reception was very friendly and informative and gave us simple instructions to get to our room. The guest house is only a 5 minute walk away from the tube station so it was a very good location and the area was nice with a lovely bakery just up the street, but also Costa not too far either. Highly recommend and we will keep it in mind when we return
