"Location is excellent, right next to the quay, overlooking the water. Lovely big room, good restaurant and bar. Car parking but also just a short walk from the station. We attended a concert in Lincoln Castle, a 10 minute walk from hotel."

"Absolutely lovely stay at Duke William hotel. It was the perfect location for us to attend a concert at the castle, just a 1min walk away. The hotel check-in was simple, our room was lovely, albeit compact, the bed is huge and very comfortable, and it is very central and a historic building. Evening bar staff were a little salty, but the day time team were great. The breakfast is pre-ordered the night before, and was really lovely. Nice ingredients and poached cooked perfectly! The icing on the cake for me has to be the aftercare. We had left a jumper at the hotel, loving 2hrs away wasn’t an option, but they happily posted it for me and it was with me 2 days! Outstanding service. "

"Very comfortable room and bathroom with all that one needs and furnished to a high standard. Good selection of hot and cold breakfast food which was well presented and constantly re-stocked. Car park fills rapidly, so used the multi-storey 100 metres away which worked out very well. "
