"I booked this hotel for the 12 noon check out. Our key cards stopped working way before so it delayed our check out. "

"Well situated in the middle of every thing,plenty of towels,tea and coffee a plenty"

"Travelled by train so very convenient being a few feet from the railway station. With friends so asked for a room near by receptionist a bit off with we're busy and full no apologies. Rooms clean and comfortable. Breakfast nice with good variety. Would stay again in the future."

"Picanha Steak was over cooked. Requested medium-rare but came out medium-well. Breakfast ok, the staff who “greeted” me at the desk didn’t seem interested un customer service. Room lovely however, had one of the renovated rooms. Clean, and well decorated "
