Wonderful staff who want to make your experience the very best. Go for the breakfast! It is simply the best. Some of the rooms need updating. We stayed here three different times. Lower interior rooms are sub par. The reception staff will try hard to upgrade upon request. Again, the staff is the best asset of this hotel. The location is an easy walk to wherever a tourist wants to be.

Great location, excellent stay.
Room was clean, quiet, well appointed. Hotel is in a great central location to both the new commercial centre and the Nowy Swiat strip leading to Old Town, both easily walkable. Quiet, safe neighbourhood with easy access to groceries/convenience stores, restaurants, transit and easy in/out to the airport. In room safe is large enough to take a laptop. Hotel also offers drinking water machines that also offer sparkling water, so no need to buy bottled water. The breakfast buffet is also worth it.

The hotel is dated now and could do with a refresh. Staff are cold, borderline rude. At check in, the male receptionist maybe said six words to me. I understand English would not have been his first language but at least make an effort Sign here , lifts are there Were the majority of our interaction The room was small but perfectly reasonable. Could have done with less in it to make it less cluttered. Soap had a very chemical smell to it Towel was wafer thin No usb charging No water in room Rock hard bed which sagged to the centre And the final thing …. One small pillow more like a sofa cushion really. Definitely not again

Highly recommended hotel
A very good location hotel with friendly staff, clean, providing free drinking water.Very modern and big rooms. Next time i will try to avoid the rooms looking to the main road since even with close windows it gets noisy. Nice hotel , highly recommended.

Friendly stuff; great breakfast; clean. It was a walking distance from the US Embassy what we needed. Also a walking distance from Centrum. The bus stops located near, so you can easily travel to Old Town and airport.

It is a really good hotel and nice service. I would certainly recommend this place to stay. Very clean, always good breakfast, everything is comfortable and very helpful stuff.
