"This hotel was well located for the Great Ocean Road. The hot spring soak was great. Dinner at Tides was amazing. Wonderful food and great service. The room itself was comfortable enough but very dark. Some lights were out. It was very loud. People were carrying on at the hotel driveway and smoking and all that reached our room directly above the driveway on the 1st floor. Would have expected better coffee for the price of the room. "

"Fantastic location opposite main shopping strip and Maccas. Very pleased to see small touches that make the stay comfortable. Eg, curtains were attached to side of window frame so lights at night dont bother us whilst sleeping, night light in bathroom, plates, cutlery and microwave for easy meals. Toaster. Key access was easy. Although close to main road the room was quiet. Smart tv a bonus. All in all, a pleasant stay. "
