Situated only a few minutes walk to the centre of town this well presented and charming little cottage offers you a fabulous home away from home in Port Fairy. Made for those romantic weekends away it will charm and delight you. Step inside the front door into your living space with gas log fire and comfortable relaxing chairs to enjoy a quiet evening in front of the TV or curl up with a glass of wine and make plans for tomorrow's adventures! You will also find a small work space which doubles as your dining table for your stay. Through the living room you will find the compact kitchen area which is equipped with electric stove top, dishwasher, fridge, microwave, toaster and all necessary utensils. There is a Queen bed for your stay in your spacious bedroom which leads into the large bathroom equipped with corner spa bath and separate shower. The bedroom also has its own split system offering both heating and cooling no matter the weather. Pea Soup Cottage shares access with its sister cottage to the sunny courtyard with outdoor seating and Weber BBQ. (Please note due to the shared courtyard there is no smoking or vaping allowed) There is also access to a shared Laundry with washing machine, drier, and ironing facilities. The only criticism was that the lounge chairs were uncomfortable. You couldn't sit up straight virtually had to lay down. The bar stools were only comfortable for a short amount of time. The shower took a bit of practice to get right. We loved the location so close to town but still very quiet. All the appliances were great. It had a really nice feel and the bed was comfy.
