"Upon arriving at the property, we were greeted by a lovely staff member at the counter who was professional and funny. We had a great laugh. She explained everything about the property and the amenities and lunch & dinner options and breakfast. Our room was nice a clean with plenty of room and nice views of the ocean."

"Room was clean, manager/ reception very pleasant to deal with. Spa in room needs either replacing or resurfaced. Taps to fill spa in wrong place and can only be filled using the shower head, very odd!. Breakfast supplies ok They are currently refurbishing the breakfast room and attempting to bring the facility up to a better standard."

"Nice place, close to the ocean. Decent communal facilities. Didn't see any staff. Quiet spot. Only issue is hoon racers in the nearby roads who seem to have nothing better to do with their lives than tear around this small town late into the night and you can hear thier engines in the souped up cars at 3 Am in the morning. The Warnambool authorities should get on top of that, it must be an ongoing nightmare for permanent residents."
