Our stay at Spread Eagle was wonderful. The grounds and garden around it are amazing as was the staff at the Inn. Fiona was a great help, setting up a reservation for our dinner and helping us with anything we needed. We’ll be coming back and staying longer next time!

One night stay all good

Charming little pub in a super quiet village. Stayed just one night as we had a wedding near by. Room was lovely and best part was the character of the room that you wouldn’t get at a multi chain hotel. The roll top bath was a particular highlight! Would have liked a bigger tv but that’s just preference! Would absolutely recommend you to stay here. Ps the breakfast was fab and the scrambled eggs were 10/10!

Staff were very helpful and polite especially one member who checked me in, worked on the bar, took food orders and waited table. Food was excellent. Lots of it and very tasty.

More than met my expectations, looked great on line and even better in real life. Lovely rooms, great facilities in the bathroom, presented to a high standard. Comfy beds and fantastic food. Highly recommend and would stay again.

Second time at this lovely very comfortable B&B in the middle of Mere. Well appointed rooms, super comfy beds with high quality sheets, and the bonus of a lovely large sitting room if you want to relax in the evening

Before I talk about all the great amenities Home Farm has to offer, the best feature is the warm, friendly and exceptional service we received from the Owners. My wife and I are grateful for having had the opportunity to experience Home Farm. Surrounded by beautiful scenery, rolling hills, and even deer. There are a number of lovely walks in any direction. The room was well equipped with a kitchenette, en suite, comfortable bed and most importantly exceptionally clean. For breakfast we had option of fresh fruit, cereal, yogurt, and full English. We booked for one night based on the look of hotel and the fact that it had a pool where children were allowed at set times - our son had a fantastic time swimming and the staff in the hotel were all super lovely and friendly. They decorations for chritsmas were just beautiful. We had a lovely room and breakfast the next morning was fab! Would return for sure
