"The reception friendliness was hit or miss. Sometimes amazing, other times as cold as ice. First day there was a fire alarm and, rushing down with food in our mouths, the guy at the reception desk said coldly that it was a false fire alarm with no apology for the inconvenience at all. One lady at reception very confidently sent us to a bus going in the wrong direction - didn’t seem to know the area where she worked."

"For a four star hotel and for the price I paid for my stay, I expected better quality and service. Never have I stayed in a four star hotel (including an apartment style hotel) where they did not replace the bedsheets and towels. This style of service is fine, if I was paying for a motel. If their Expedia page was transparent I would not have stayed here and instead choose a hotel that actually provides a 4 star quality service. "
