"The room was very clean, and both the Jacuzzi and air conditioning worked perfectly. The staff was pleasant and helpful throughout our stay. The fitness facilities were somewhat limited, and while we appreciated having four different breakfast set options to choose from (we tried them all), the overall quality of the breakfast could be improved. "We enjoyed the natural beauty at this place, with many beautiful trees, flowers, and birds flying through. Within a short walk is a National Park Research station that is caring for blind Gaurs, the largest wild cattle in the world. We were actually able to pet and feed one of them. The breakfast was basic fried rice or porridge without any fruit, so you might want to bring something with you as it's a long walk to 7-11. The pool is fairly short and shallow, but beautiful and refreshing."

"My only complaint at the end of my stay was the fact that I had to leave. Everyone here was amazing, food was amazing, property was amazing, the activities were fun and they arranged for transport to the airport and when we wanted to do a tour of khao yai. This was an amazing few days and I absolutely will be coming back!"

"There were a few downsides, but overall I was satisfied and would consider staying here again. 1. I was very pleased with the room design and cleanliness. 2. The biggest issue was the unstable shower. At one point, the hot water stopped completely and I had to use cold water, which was quite inconvenient. When I called the staff, they fixed it quickly and restored the hot water. However, the system itself seemed unstable—about every 30 seconds, the water pressure would drop and the temperature would turn cold, then return again. This was a bit stressful. 3. The sliding door between the bathroom and the bedroom didn’t seem level, so it would slide open on its own even after being closed. 4. There were some small winged ant-like insects in the room, and even some dead ones. 5. The staff were professional, friendly, and helpful. 6. The breakfast was generally good. I especially liked the Vietnamese noodle soup. 7. After checking out, I realized I had left something in the room. When I contacted them by email, they quickly found it and sent it to my home, which I really appreciated."
