The office was locked, and the property was in darkness. Fortunately, we had an accommodating driver who spoke Thai who did not abandon us and who wandered the property with us for almost an hour until we found someone who could assist us. Although I booked 3 twin rooms, we were given 2 twin, 1 queen. The next morning we checked in while checking out and there seemed to be little acknowledgement of what we went through. Breakfast was mediocre at best. It was quite a tiny space and the bed was not very comfortable. The view was not beautiful, there are better ones in Pak Chong. As mentioned in previous reviews, the property is far from main attractions. However, this is the case as Khao Yai is very big! However, on the positive side, the staff are friendly.
