For a short stay, hotel is fairly clean and comfortable but the service there is almost none due to staff inability to communicate in English. Only problem is that the walls are very thin and when noisy guest comes in late and are loud, u can be disturbed. Also there is screeching sound on the floor when other guest pulls the chairs or side table. We checked in late evening. We were provided the room which didn’t have a proper water system. Then we requested to change the room and they provided another room on the same floor but it had the same problem. Then we asked to change the room again. (There’s no elevator and no telephone in the room, we had to went down from 3rd floor to G floor every time whenever we need to contact front desk) The lady was sent to the 2nd room to fixed the problem but it was not resolved due to the pumping system. Then we moved back to the 1st room and wait if she can fix the problem, it was the same thing as 2nd room. She tried to fix the problem but I thought it will take long time then I asked her why don’t you find a proper room for us then we can take rest and after that you may fix the problem for those rooms. Finally we got the 3rd room to take rest.
